A Big Win for Client Satisfaction: CSAT and NPS Scores

Our Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) rating for 2024 stands at 89, surpassing the industry average of 78. This score represents clients’ happiness with the service and results they receive.

Our 2024 Net Promoter Score (NPS), which indicates how likely a client is to recommend CTS’s services, is 67. Compared to an industry average of 40, our NPS score indicates that clients’ high satisfaction with our services leaves them confident in recommending CTS to their network.

Celebrating Client Success Stories

1. California Department of Public Health (CDPH) – Software Development

Everyone can relate to the dread of data piling up faster than it can be processed, forming an intimidating backlog. When the data being processed serves researchers battling neurodegenerative disease, the consequences are even higher.

This collaboration’s primary goal was to significantly improve CDPH’s collection, management, and analysis of data related to neurodegenerative diseases, thereby facilitating better decision-making and public health strategies.

Our team not only ensured a seamless transition to new technologies like the Blazor toolset and Entity Framework Core on .NET 8.0 but also enhanced system performance, reducing data turnaround from years to months.

This vastly increased processing speed allowed CDPH to almost entirely eliminate their backlog, giving researchers the information they need and representing a huge win for the CDPH, our firm, and the public.

2. Office of the State Public Defender (OSPD) – Web Development

While web accessibility requirements exist for a good reason, constant changes in regulation and guidelines pose challenges to businesses trying to keep up. Compliance, which often has different considerations for desktop and mobile, is a big challenge.

The CTS team worked with OSPD to completely redesign their website into a user-friendly, ADA and WCAG 2.1 compliant website, ensuring that all users, including those with disabilities, can access important legal resources without barriers.

Keeping a website compliant as new content needs to be added is another challenge. This is why CTS also developed a robust content management system with OSPD, allowing new updates to the website to retain accessibility for all users.

CTS continues to partner with OSPD; this includes regular updates to ensure the website remains secure, accessible, and fully compliant with the latest web standards.

3. WellSpace Health – Web Development

As with OSPD, WellSpace Health, a nonprofit providing essential medical services, sought to refurbish its digital presence to better serve its community.

CTS was entrusted with designing a modern, ADA-compliant website that enhances user experience and access to healthcare services. By leveraging WordPress, we crafted a platform that empowers WellSpace Health’s staff to easily update content without needing extensive technical skills.

Key to this project was ensuring ADA compliance, so we integrated features like keyboard navigation and contrast-enhanced design, adhering to WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. This shift ensures that all users, regardless of their abilities, can easily access WellSpace’s resources.

4. CREtelligent – HubSpot Integration and Marketing Services

It’s easy to understand the importance of finding, tracking, and converting leads. While CRM platforms are often user-friendly at first, as the needs of a business grow it becomes increasingly difficult to determine how to build new features or to decide when a switch in platforms is necessary.

CTS first assisted CREtelligent, a commercial real estate firm, with this dilemma in 2020, supporting a 300% increase in their business after performing a complete migration of their CRM to HubSpot.

CTS has maintained its partnership with CREtelligent into 2024 and beyond. Our team’s expertise in HubSpot integration has given CREtelligent the ability to track a lead through its entire lifecycle, while automating additional marketing tasks along the way. We’ve seen even more growth fueled by continued support of their marketing workflow and successful advertising campaigns to bring more leads to the company.
