The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) engaged Capitol Tech Solutions to modernize and migrate their benefits website, benefits.calhr.ca.gov, to the California Department of Technology’s (CDT) CAWeb Publishing Services platform. This initiative aimed to enhance the website’s usability, accessibility, and maintenance capabilities while aligning it with the state’s standardized web templates.
Project Assessment and Goals
